Shipping policy

How will my item be shipped?


All our items are processed for shipping within 1 business day except for NSW Public Holidays as we are Australian based. Transit times are shown during checkout process.

Can I track my item?

Tracking details will be uploaded to your account and can then be tracked at the Australia Post website which is www.austpost.com.au/track or the respective courier companies website. From there you can also sign up for email notifications of order status.

Do you accept government / educations orders?

Do you wholesale?

Where will my item be shipped from?
Item are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW.

Can I pick up my item?
Due to council regulations at our current premises we are unable to allow pickups. If we relocate then of course you will be able to.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do to eligible countries.
